Michael Echavez, M.D. Dr. Michael Echavez is a leading Bay Area facial plastic surgeon who offers the latest advances in plastic surgery. A Bay Area native, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California at San Francisco.
